The full moon festival – “Moon fest” will be held on the night of the full moon, August 17/18, on the highest peak of Stara Planina. The participants of the event will have the opportunity to enjoy the appearance of the full moon, observe the starry sky, and enjoy the sunrise. Participants will gather at the Plaža na Babina zub restaurant around 11 p.m., where the lecturers will talk about the moon and stars.
After the educational program, the participants will head in the direction of Mižor.
This year too, the Festival is organized by the Tourism Organization of the Municipality of Knjaževac in cooperation with the organization “Serbia for Youth”, as part of the Moon Fest project, which is co-financed by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications.
