At the foot of Stara Planina, below the highest mountain peak in Serbia Midžor, is “Villa DUKAT”. It is conceived as a holiday home and enjoying the untouched nature that surrounds it. Around the house are meadows and forests, and next to it flows a stream.
About 100 meters from the building, the stream flows into the Golem River, the pearl of this mountain. The house has seven rooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooms are double, triple and quadruple. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen and dining room that are available to guests. The kitchen is equipped and ready for use. .
