The event is dedicated to the gastronomic specialty &#8220;fried&#8221;. This dish is prepared on lard from leeks, roasted green and red peppers, tomatoes, celery and spices, or from vegetables harvested from country gardens. The central event of the event is a competition in preparation fried.
